Empower young women
We are incredibly grateful to have partnered with the Womens Chartered Accountants Network (WeCAN) SA Chapter, ICAZ SA Chapter ICAZ and The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Zimbabwe (ICAZ) for the “Sponsor a Girl for R250” campaign which aims to address a crisis faced by many in-need girls across South Africa. We visited Noordgesig Secondary School in Soweto yesterday to spread love to another 100 girls.
Our partnership will serve to empower young women to embrace their bodies without shame. It will also raise awareness about “period poverty” and “female reproductive health”, topics which are still largely taboo. Let us come together and change the status quo; let us make the unspeakable, speakable! Only then can we start to effectively deal with the crisis that is #periodpoverty

Thank you, Siyabonga, Enkosi, Asante Sana, Tinotenda, Ke a leboga, Dankie…
While the menstrual cycle is a natural part of every girl’s life, it it shouldn’t stand in the way of their academic progress. The GirlPower Vibez Project was launched by the Tenya Foundation NPC in August 2019.
This donation-driven initiative is dedicated to providing the sanitary products and support these girls need to attend school every day and reach their full potential.
To the entire WeCAN SA Chapter and ICAZ SA Chapter ICAZ team we say:
THANK YOU, Siyabonga, Enkosi, Asante Sana, Tinotenda, Ke a leboga, Dankie, for your boundless generosity and your deep and genuine commitment to this cause. Your support and contribution will be life-changing for so many. We appreciate you! And the girls appreciate you too – as this contribution will better enable them to navigate their academic journeys without being forced to miss school during their menstrual cycles, leading to gaps in education and compromised futures.
